Kickback announces a partnership with Pendulum (Pendulum AI Systems Ltd.) to support Kickback’s growing CX team. The partnership, which will begin in Q3 of 2022, will help accelerate the development of a 247 AI Agent built specifically for Kickback’s customer success department.
Hamilton Ofiyai, the Co-Founder at Pendulum, made a brief statement about this unique partnership’s implications.
“We are excited to work with Kickback from the ground floor. We are always on the lookout for companies with unique CX demands. This opportunity is unique because it gives the Pendulum team a chance to build the tech from the ground floor.”
Currently, the Kickback application is built as a progressive web application. This flexibility will allow the artificial agents to work parallel across multiple devices. The implications of having conversations and user history as one central communication channel will significantly improve user experience. The goal is to help make the onboarding of service shops and agents more intuitive and provide support documentation for first-time users.
